I would first recommend that you clear the cookies/cache and reopen the website once more. 

To do this: 

1. Click 'View Site Information' which is located left of the URL/address bar. It appears as a lock icon or arrow pointing downwards

2. Click 'Cookies'

3. Click 'Remove' until all the websites listed are removed

4. Click 'Done'

5. Close browser or webpage 

6. Reopen webpage
