I'm assuming you are trying to login to the Outlook desktop application on your computer. 

We assign agents an E1 Microsoft license that will allow for: Outlook mobile application usage and Outlook webmail usage (which can be accessed through outlook.office.com). This will not allow for the use of the Outlook desktop application.

Until the migration sbolz@bhhshudsonvalley.com will still be tied to Gmail/Google exclusively. You will have access to sbolz@bhhsnyproperties.com in the meantime, which is tied to Outlook presently. This is what you will login to Outlook/MyConnect with until the migration happens. After the migration, bstolfe@bhhshudsonvalley.com will then be tied to Outlook, completing the migration, and all emails sent to sbolz @bhhshudsonvalley.com and @bhhnyproperties.com, will be delivered to the same inbox.
 
The bottom line is you will still use your old email until the migration. You can log into bhhsnyproperties to see a snapshot of the mailbox (only as a preview to get comfortable in the software), after migration you will use your bhhshudsonvalley.com address because it will be O365 (Microsoft Exchange/Outlook) and not Google at that point.
