1) Check if computer is connected to 'bhhswireless' Network

2) Check Mac operating system: Apple logo (upper left corner) > About this Mac (ex. Monterey, Mojave, Big Sur)

3) Install driver  

For this step, review the necessary driver for your Ricoh machine in the Excel document 'BHHSNEP Ricoh Printer Project.'

(Ex. for Printer Model 'IMC4500'  you would Google search "IM C4500 driver" and download the driver directly from Ricoh's website (support.ricoh.com) > Scroll down until you see MacOS X and click it to drop down the options > Be sure to download the correct driver for your operating system) 

3) Open and unzip the downloaded driver file

4) System Preferences > Devices/Printers 

5) 'Plus' icon (+) to add a printer

6) Select the globe icon 

7) Select 'Line Printer Daemon' 

8) Enter IP address (from Excel document)

9) Once printer found, rename printer after the Printer Name found in the Excel document  > Next > the printer should begin installation and appear in your printer list

10 ) Complete!

11) Repeat these steps for each printer in the office
