Agents can sign their clients up for weekly Seller Reports by editing their clients contact info in the Contacts/Lead section of MyConnect. If you are impersonating an agent to do this for them, follow the instructions below.
(Miquel mentioned to me that you were interested in doing this for the client of 66 Drum Hill, so I am using Meghan Wall as an example):
In order to sign a client up to receive the Seller Report on your end, you must be logged into the agents MyConnect account. To do this, click on the “Admin” drop down in MyConnect, and click on the Agent tab. From here, you can scroll to the bottom and log in as Meghan Wall. Once in Meghan’s MyConnect account, go to the Contacts/Leads drop down menu, and click on Contacts/Leads. You will need to double check that the client of 66 Drum Hill Road is already in Meghan’s contact list (if not, you will need to add in the client information by clicking on the New Contact button). From here, you need to find the client in the contact list, and click on the edit button next to their name. In the “Edit Contact” window, click on “Reports”. There are three things you need to do on this screen: click yes next to “Seller Report Y/N”, click yes next to “Seller Report CC Agent?”, and then type in 66 Drum Hill Road, Wilton, CT next to “Seller Report Listing”. The client should now receive weekly Seller Report emails.
If you would like to view the Seller Report, go to the “Listings” drop down menu in Meghan’s account, and click on My Listings, from here you can click on the Preview button under the Seller Report section.
