Setting up Office 365 email in Outlook

 

If you have Microsoft Outlook setup on your computer you can setup BHHS email in there.  Office 365 is not compatible with Outlook 2007 or 2010.  It works best Outlook 2016 but can also work in Outlook 2013.   These instructions are designed for people using Outlook 2016 or have Office 365 installed on their computer.   If you have Outlook 2013 please contact the HelpDesk for assistance in setting up email.

 

  1. Click on the outlook icon or program on your computer or go to control panel>Mail>show profiles>add
  2. Give your profile a name and hit OK (if you have Office 365 installed it may just ask for your email address)
  3. Put in your name, email address and password, hit next (Again if you have Office 365 it may just ask for your password)

  1. A screen will come up asking for your BHHS password enter that in.
  2. You should get all check marks, hit finish, you are all set.
